Australian Smocking and Embroidery

The next to the last issue #99 of Australian Smocking and Embroidery is available.  Issue 100 will be available this fall and will be shipped around the end of September. Tatting Class

Amy Young will be teaching tatting on July 10, 12, 17, and 19.  The class will be 6:30-8:00 PM and cost is $40.00 plus kit.  Please contact the shop to sign up to learn this beautiful old world skill!

Class Cancellation & New Fabrics

I just wanted to let everyone know that my smocked insert class for t-shirts class on Monday is canceled due to poor response.  If you are interested in this class in the future, perhaps late July or early August, please call the shop and let us know. 

We also have 2 more embroidered seersuckers in....pink with yellow ducks and red with navy sailboats. They are already moving quickly! Get yours today!

New Classes!

Smocked T- Shirt Insert Class—
Tuesday, June 12, 2012
Time: TBA
You will need to have completed smocked a small insert before class.  A good idea is to pick a stacked design, including back smocking, and only do one figure. You will need to bring your own
t-shirt, sewing machine and general supplies. Check with the shop for complete listing of supplies.
Fee: 3 hours $25.00

Crochet Class
Do you want to learn to crochet?   The crochet class teaches you how to make the basic crochet stitches to add an edge to a burp cloth.  Call or email the shop and let us know if you prefer day or evening class.  Class will be determined by response.
Fee:  2 hours $25.00 plus supplies
